Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Welcome to DXP.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DXP website, directory listings, account features, and related services.
By accessing or using DXP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. About DXP
DXP is an online local discovery and directory platform that helps users find businesses, institutions, professionals, services, and real estate projects in Dwarka Expressway and surrounding areas.
DXP provides a platform for discovering and displaying information about third-party establishments and service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, DXP does not own, operate, manage, endorse, or directly provide the products or services advertised through third-party listings.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Certain features, including submitting or managing listings, may require account registration.
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use the platform for lawful purposes
- Keep account and listing information reasonably up to date
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be assigned to you
If you register on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to represent that entity and submit its information.
DXP reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, impersonation, unauthorised activity, or violation of these Terms.
3. Business Listings
DXP allows eligible users to submit information about businesses, organisations, professional services, and other establishments.
By submitting a listing, you represent that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are authorised to publish the information
- The listing does not intentionally mislead users
- You have the necessary rights to uploaded photographs, logos, and other content
- The listing complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Any required licences, registrations, or professional authorisations are maintained by the relevant provider
You are responsible for updating your listing when material details change, including contact information, business location, operating status, and services offered.
4. Free Listings and Launch Offers
DXP may offer complimentary business listings, promotional registration opportunities, or introductory services.
During the current launch offer, eligible businesses may create listings without an initial listing fee.
The availability, features, eligibility criteria, and duration of complimentary services may change.
DXP may introduce paid subscriptions, premium placements, promotional services, or other paid features in the future.
Any applicable charges, billing periods, and relevant conditions will be communicated before a user is asked to purchase a paid service.
No paid subscription or charge will be imposed automatically merely because a user previously registered under a free listing offer.
If a free service is changed, limited, or discontinued, DXP may notify affected users and provide available options, subject to applicable law and any specific promotional commitments.
Continued use of a paid feature will require acceptance of its applicable commercial terms.
5. Listing Review and Moderation
DXP may review, edit for formatting, reject, restrict, or remove listings where reasonably necessary to:
- Address misleading or inaccurate information
- Prevent spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
- Protect user safety and privacy
- Enforce listing guidelines
- Respond to legitimate complaints
- Comply with applicable laws
- Maintain directory quality and relevance
DXP does not guarantee that every submitted listing will be approved or published.
Listing publication does not constitute verification, certification, recommendation, or endorsement by DXP.
6. Accuracy of Directory Information
DXP aims to provide useful and relevant local information.
However, much of the information displayed on the platform may be supplied by businesses, listing owners, or other third parties.
DXP does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, availability, legality, or current status of every listing.
Users should independently verify important details before making decisions, including:
- Business identity and contact information
- Operating hours and service availability
- Pricing and payment terms
- Professional qualifications and licences
- Property ownership, approvals, and project details
- Healthcare or other regulated-service credentials
Users should exercise appropriate judgement when engaging with listed establishments.
7. Transactions Between Users and Businesses
Unless DXP expressly introduces and identifies a transaction service, purchases, bookings, appointments, payments, and service agreements take place directly between users and the relevant third-party providers.
DXP is not ordinarily a party to those transactions.
Disputes concerning product quality, service delivery, refunds, cancellations, warranties, or contractual performance should generally be addressed with the relevant provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or impersonated listings
- Publish unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory content
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Disclose personal information without appropriate authorisation
- Use the platform to promote unlawful products or services
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract substantial website data without permission
- Manipulate listings, ratings, reviews, or search results
- Interfere with website security or functionality
DXP may take proportionate action against violations, including restricting access, removing content, or reporting unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
The DXP name, branding, website design, original content, graphics, software, and other proprietary elements belong to DXP or their respective rights holders.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected platform content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
Business owners retain ownership of content they lawfully submit.
By submitting content for publication, you grant DXP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and provide the directory services.
You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.
This licence ends when the relevant content is removed, except to the extent continued processing is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, technical backups, or uses already lawfully completed.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
DXP may contain links to external websites, business pages, social media profiles, mapping services, and other third-party resources.
These links are provided for convenience and discovery.
DXP does not control or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, or commercial practices.
Users should review the relevant third-party terms before engaging with external services.
11. Website Availability
We aim to maintain a reliable and accessible platform.
However, DXP may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, infrastructure changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Features may be modified or discontinued where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DXP is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that using DXP will result in increased sales, customer enquiries, business growth, search-engine rankings, or commercial success.
DXP provides discovery and listing functionality rather than guaranteed business outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DXP will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on inaccurate third-party listings, third-party transactions, or service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other non-excludable legal obligations.
14. Suspension and Termination
Users may request closure of their accounts or removal of their listings through the contact channels made available by DXP.
DXP may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations, unlawful activity, security risks, or legal obligations.
Where appropriate and practicable, users may be given notice or an opportunity to address a violation.
Account closure does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of information that must be retained for lawful purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
Your use of DXP is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review that Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.
16. Changes to These Terms
DXP may revise these Terms to reflect changes in platform functionality, business operations, applicable law, or service offerings.
Updated Terms will be published on this page.
For material changes affecting existing users, we will provide appropriate notice and seek acceptance where required.
Changes will not retroactively impose charges or override existing commitments without a lawful basis.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection and other statutory rights, disputes concerning these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Nothing in this provision restricts a consumer’s right to approach a forum having jurisdiction under applicable law.
